Behind every bold mission is a quiet, powerful force—women who care, who show up, who believe in something bigger than themselves. At Fight 4 Mental Health (F4MH), we want to take this moment to honor the women who have stood with us, fought for us, and helped us grow into a global movement.

These women are in the field, working events, organizing, and spreading the message. Others are at home, holding down families while raising awareness about mental health in their communities. Some are advocating in boardrooms and legislative halls, making sure mental wellness is not just discussed—but prioritized. And some just reach out to check on us, reminding us that we’re not alone in this push for change.

They’ve helped raise funds, build connections, and tell stories that the world needs to hear. They’ve stayed loyal, even when things got hard. They’ve been our quiet strategists, our public supporters, and our emotional lifelines.

We won’t name names, out of respect and privacy. But if you’ve stood with F4MH, if you’ve shared a post, made a call, prayed for us, or just genuinely cared—you are a vital part of this mission. You’re the ones who carried us when the weight got heavy. Just like the women who walked with Jesus and stood by the disciples, you’ve carried the spirit of service and sacrifice that keeps this movement alive.

This is your moment.

“She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.”

— Proverbs 31:26

To every woman who has ever believed in what we do—we see you, we thank you, and we honor you.
